Transfers may be subject to network, processing, or third-party fees, and processing times can vary by payment method, provider, and region. See Digital Payments and Digital Fiat Cards.
Digital Wallet is self-custodial: you hold and control your own private keys. Digital World does not have the ability to access, recover, freeze, or reverse transactions from your wallet. If your keys or recovery information are lost, access to associated funds may be permanently lost. Digital Wallet is not a bank account, and funds held in it are not covered by government deposit insurance. See Digital Wallet.
Digital Assets are member-issued or platform-native and are not insured or guaranteed by any government or deposit-insurance program. Their value, availability, and uniqueness are not guaranteed, and they can carry risk of loss through technical error, network disruption, or dispute. See Asset Disclosures for more detail.
A Digital Trust, Digital Business, Digital Association, or similar structure registered within Digital World is not automatically a legally recognized entity in every jurisdiction. Whether it also functions as a legally recognized structure depends on the laws that apply to you. See Digital Assets and Digital Organizations.
Registering a Digital Domain reserves that address within the Digital World platform. It does not grant trademark rights or other legal naming rights, and does not guarantee protection from disputes, transfer requests, or removal under applicable dispute-resolution or legal processes.
