Digital World is a member-controlled digital infrastructure network for identity, communication, finance, governance, and everyday life.

What Digital World Is

Through the LIFE App and open Digital World standards, members control their identity, data, relationships, assets, and digital future. Digital World gives people, organizations, communities, and regions a foundation they control, rather than a platform that controls them.

Digital World works alongside governments, communities, institutions, and private providers.
It does not replace applicable public laws or governmental authority.

Who Operates Digital World

Digital World is an open network and standards framework rather than a single company. Services on the network are provided by independent organizations - including founding reference providers such as ClearFoundation, ClearCenter, ClearSoftware, and ClearUnited - alongside regional partners and third-party providers. Our Principles

Every layer of Digital World is built on the same commitments:

  • You own you - your identity, your data, your life.
  • Privacy by design - encryption and zero-knowledge where possible.
  • User authority - you decide who acts on your behalf.
  • Verifiable trust - claims are provable, not assumed.

These principles, along with the values members are asked to uphold, are set out in full in the Declaration of Unity.

How Digital World Is Governed
