Who Operates This Website

Digital World is an open network and standards framework, not a single company. Here's how responsibility for this website and the network is actually organized.

This Website

digitalworld.earth is maintained as a shared reference and entry point for the Digital World network - documentation, engineering specifications, governance information, and directories of participating providers and regions.

The Network

Digital World itself is an open network and open standards framework. No single company owns or exclusively controls it. Instead, a number of independent organizations - including founding reference providers such as ClearFoundation, ClearCenter, ClearSoftware, and ClearUnited - build and operate reference implementations, apps, and services on top of the shared standards. See Digital Providers for the current directory.

Regional and Community Operators

Regions, unions, and communities that adopt Digital World (see Regions) run their own member-facing apps and services - for example Utah Life, Hawaiian Life, and Pacific Union - each operated by its own regional partner rather than by a single central operator.

Governance

Standards, disputes, and network-level decisions are handled through open councils and published legislation rather than by a single operating company. See Governance Structure for how that works.
