A decision may be contested to the Arbitration Panel, and unresolved disputes may be referred to the Digital World Legal Council for further review. This process operates within the Digital World platform and is separate from formal legal proceedings - it does not replace your right to pursue a claim through public courts, regulators, or other legal channels where applicable.

Does registering a claim create an official class action lawsuit?

No. Registering a Dispute Claim through this platform is not the same as filing or certifying a class action lawsuit in court. A formal class action requires a separate legal process and court certification.

Can I still go to court or file with a regulator after using this system?

In most cases, yes. Using this platform is not intended to replace or waive your right to pursue legal remedies elsewhere, though you should review any applicable terms and consult a legal professional for advice specific to your situation.

How is my information handled during an arbitration conference?

Conference rooms use encryption and are designed to keep proceedings private. As with any digital system, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
